Visit Phillip Island Pass

CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must not reside in Victoria.

This pass is for travellers to Phillip Island and San Remo. It is open to people 18 years or older, subject to the Victorian Public Health Directions and associated travel restrictions that apply to residents of individual states at the time of registering for the pass.

You can apply for a pass only once per Phillip Island stay of 2 nights or more at a registered paid accommodation provider in the eligible regional area during the eligible period.

The Visit Phillip Island Pass is a single pass with a total face value of $250. The pass will be used via app.

A limited number of Visit Phillip Island Pass will be available to consumers.

To apply for a Visit Phillip Island Pass you must register your accommodation booking details at visitphillipislandpass.com.au

The application period for consumers starts at 9am AEST 8 June and runs through to 5pm AEST on 29 October 2022, or until all vouchers have been allocated.

At the time of registration, applicants will be asked to select how they are able to prove their residential address and must provide, their full name, phone number, email address and home address.

Application for a pass is not a guarantee, warranty, representation, or commitment of receiving a Visit Phillip Island Pass and Destination Phillip Island, its employees, agents and contractors make no guarantee, warranty, representation or commitment whatsoever that your registration or application for a Visit Phillip Island Pass will result in receipt or issue of a Visit Phillip Island Pass.

Visit Phillip Island Passes will be allocated via an application process of valid registrations.

Successful Visit Phillip Island Pass recipients will receive approval via a confirmation email which includes a download link for the digital Visit Phillip Island Pass to their mobile device. A PDF version of the pass can also be printed.

Visit Phillip Island Pass recipients can redeem their Pass at any of the participating Tourism Businesses as listed on the Visit Phillip Island Pass website.  A valid Visit Island Pass must be presented by the owner of the Pass and scanned by the operator to redeem available credit on the pass for a product or service.

Visit Phillip Island Pass are only redeemable at registered operators listed under the Visit Phillip Island Pass website.

Visit Phillip Island Pass must be redeemed between 9am (AEST) on 1 July 2022 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 October 2022.

Credit on the Visit Phillip Island Pass may only be redeemed during the stated validity period and can be used for any day of the week, including weekends, within the stipulated travel period, subject to availability of tours, attractions and hospitality venues.

The Visit Phillip Island Pass is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Visit Phillip Island Pass cannot be used to purchase gift cards

Visit Phillip Island Pass cannot be used to pay for cancellations or fees incurred for cancelling or changing bookings.

The allocation is final, there is no opportunity for appeal if your application for a Visit Phillip Island Pass is not approved.

During the eligible travel period, Visit Phillip Island Pass recipients are subject to, and must fully comply with, Public Health directions in relation to travel.
